Common questions
Why $19?
It is where comparable open-source + hosting tools sit. Yearly is $15 a month — 21% less.
Is there a launch discount?
Yes — time-limited, with an end date. There is no lifetime price: hosting is an ongoing cost, and permanent prices eventually collapse.
What if the price goes up?
60 days notice. Before the increase you can prepay a year at the old price, and existing customers keep the old price for at least 12 months.
Refunds?
Article 8 of the Terms: withdraw within 7 days of payment for a full refund; a yearly plan canceled mid-term is refunded pro rata for unused months. It is still a draft pending legal review, and the Terms page says so.
Built and run by one person. Instead of promising response times, issues are handled in the open on GitHub.
