Common questions
What does Cloud add over Hobby?
Graph memory is the same on both. Cloud adds unlimited remote MCP tool calls (Hobby: 2,000 a month), up to 1 GB of graph (Hobby: 100 MB), photos and videos linked to entities, the encrypted session archive, and graphs built from your GitHub repositories. On both plans Claude can search your graph while your laptop is closed. Yearly is $10 a month — 33% less than monthly.
How is this different from Mem0?
Mem0 is a memory API you call from your own app; graph memory starts at its $249/month Pro plan. Kallimachos builds the graph from notes and agent sessions you already have, serves it to Claude Code, Codex and claude.ai over MCP with the source on every answer, and includes graph memory on the free Hobby plan. Prices from mem0.ai/pricing, checked 2026-10-12.
What happens after the 14 days?
Your account moves to free Hobby on its own. No card was taken, so nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. Your graph stays and Claude can still search it. Photos and videos you uploaded stay viewable in the app, but new ones, the session archive and repository graphs stop until you upgrade. Remote MCP is limited to 2,000 tool calls a month, and new graph uploads are capped at 100 MB.
What if the price increases?
60 days notice. Before the increase you can prepay a year at the old price, and existing customers keep the old price for at least 12 months.
Refunds?
Article 8 of the Terms: withdraw within 7 days of payment for a full refund. If within those days you used the Service (uploaded knowledge data or called remote MCP), withdrawal may be limited under paragraph 2 of Article 17 of Korea’s Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce; this is stated before payment. A yearly plan canceled mid-term is refunded pro rata for unused full months. It is still a draft pending legal review, and the Terms page says so.
